All currently registered 2024 Tour de Cure®: Texas participants are eligible to participate in the Promotion. Winners will be all 2024 Tour de Cure®: Texas participants who raise the requisite amount by (30 days after event date) and not by chance. Successful registration and determination of applicable funds raised will be determined by completing the registration form for the 2024 Tour de Cure®: Texas and by the amount recorded on the website located at www.diabetes.org/tourdecure and other records maintained by Sponsor in connection with its 2024 Tour de Cure®: Texas. Promotion will run from 40 weeks pre-event through 30 days post-event.

Each winner shall receive the Tour de Cure Recognition Gift(s) for their fundraising level:

• For raising $250 each winner will receive a Tour de Cure performance shirt. If registered as a red rider you will also receive Red Rider Jersey ($50 for youth 17 years and under)
• Stay tuned for additional levels

No charge to receive prize if awarded. Decision on selection of winners will be made by the American Diabetes Association in its sole discretion and all decisions are final. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize except in Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify each winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, photo and/or prize information in connection with the Promotion and the 2024 Tour de Cure®: Texas for promotional, advertising or advocacy purposes, worldwide, in any and all media, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All issues, disputes and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
