WHAT IS KISS A PIG?
Kiss a Pig is a unique and lighthearted fundraising effort that pits local community leaders against each other in a contest to raise the most dollars for diabetes.  The Prize?  The top fundraiser will have the honor of kissing a pig at our inaugural Kiss a Pig event.  The evening will include dinner, complimentary drinks, entertainment by Caught Red Handed, an auction and the much anticipated Kiss a Pig announcement.

WHY KISS A PIG?
It is a tribute to the animal that is responsible for changing the future of diabetes.  Insulin, discovered in 1921, was originally derived from the pancreas of pigs.  The American Diabetes Association honors the pig for saving millions of lives.

WHY GET INVOLVED IN KISS A PIG?
We need your support to help find a cure for a disease that is impacting a record 500,000 Kentuckians.  Money raised through the Kiss a Pig Campaign will help fund advocacy, education, programs, research and much more right here in the Bluegrass.
