Essentia Health cares about our patients with diabetes and puts the concern into action.

We have programs thoughout the region focused on both diabetes prevention and diabetes management. Our highly rated clinics are ready assist you in your care.

However, the real goal is not diabetes management but to find a cure for diabetes.

Over 400,000 Minnesotans and over 7 million people across the country have diabetes. This number is growing each year for both Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes.

The American Diabetes Association is working with researchers to find a cure and we can help.

Join the team and ride with us on June 3, 2023.  No you don't have to climb Duluth's Goat Hill, the ride is in Minneapolis which is much flatter. The rides will range from 5 miles to 62 miles long and are well supported.

If you have diabetes, this is great ride to be part of as a Red Rider. The rest stops are attuned to the needs of the Red Riders.

If you can't ride in Minneapolis on June 3, you can still sign up and fundraise.  Or you can donate to one of the members of the team.
