I am asking you to support me in the Tour de Cure(R) because finding a cure for diabetes is urgent and personally means so much to me.

This year Tour de Cure celebrates 31 years of making an impact in communities nationwide and I'm participating to champion the over 34 million Americans living with this terrible disease because they need our support.

I know how they feel, as just over 26 years ago I was told I am a diabetic. Fortunately in my case It was before serious complications had happened. Many others aren't so lucky. Tour's fund research and assistance for diabetics to improve their lives. It may be a child who goes to a diabetes camp with other kids in the same boat, who understand what they are going thru. With the isolation due to COVID, outreach for them is even more important.
