I am volunteering on the committee to help organize the 2022 Mid Atlantic Tour de Cure, to be held on April 30, 2022. This year I will serve as the committee chair for the 8th year and donate my time to help find a cure! Won't you join me in supporting ADA? You can donate to support me, volunteer, ride or serve on the committee with me. I am committed to this cause, so I will spend time throughout the year working/volunteering up to and on the weekend of the event. While it is hard work, it is rewarding in more ways than I could have imagined. I was diagnosed with Diabetes over 15 years ago and hope the ADA will find a cure before this awful disease impacts my health. Please come out and make it a party by supporting the ADA's effort to find a cure, either by volunteering, riding or supporting my fund raising!
It is my opportunity to change the future and make a positive impact in the lives of those who are affected by diabetes.
Won't you join me in the fight by donating, serving as a volunteer or registering to ride.
I am committed to raising money in this inspirational event not because 26 million people in the United States have diabetes, but because I personally know some of them, I am one of them and I want to do something about it. Won't you help me start a chain reaction?
Chances are, you also know someone other than me who has been affected by diabetes and you already know how important it is to stop this disease. By making a donation on my behalf or by joining my team, you will be helping the Association provide community-based education programs, protect the rights of people with diabetes and fund critical research for a cure.
With your help, we will fight for a future where a parent does not have to hear that their child has diabetes. A future where an adult does not have to face the uncertain times ahead after receiving a diabetes diagnosis. A future where you and I will know that we had a part in making this possible.
I truly appreciate your support. Together we can Stop Diabetes!
