Dear Friends,

It's 2022 and I am looking forward to the 2023 Tour de Cure: Minnesota on June 3rd. Following a pause when the pandemic hit in 2020, the American Diabetes Association (ADA) Tour de Cure returned to an in-person format in June of 2022.

Diabetes continues to impact friends and family. I began and will continue to fundraise for diabetes through the ADA and their Tour de Cure event. The ADA leads the way towards advances by holding annual scientific sessions, educating patients, advocating for those with diabetes and supporting research.

Our fundraising & cycling team, "Sweet Spokes", is a small friends and family effort without corporate ties. We take fundraising seriously and seek the support of family and friend networks. We aim to deliver meaningful donations to the ADA and ask they be made prior to the Twin Cities event.

Please donate generously and ride or volunteer with us on June 3, 2023. Understand that we and those with diabetes truly appreciate your donation(s).
