I'm asking for your help (again) in supporting my 2023 Tour de Cure ride on June 10, 2023. As in the last several years, I'll be riding as a member of the great (and award winning) Rochester Bicycling Club team. I'll be 75 and (I hope) going strong!
Like many of you, I have personal experience with diabetes among friends and relations, and I've had the opportunity over the past few years to meet many who heroically deal with their diabetes every day. Now, with COVID-19 ravaging those who suffer from this disease, the need for personal support and research is even more critical.
The funds supporting me on my ride will be used to advance research and treatment for those who have diabetes. Please join me in helping the ADA achieve the ultimate goal - eliminating diabetes once and for all.
I appreciate any and all contributions to help me reach this goal but, more important, to help find better treatments and, with any luck, a cure.
