Welcome to my Tour de Cure page!

I am asking you to support me in the Tour de Cure because finding a cure for diabetes is urgent and personally means so much to me. Type 2 diabetes runs in my family and I've seen first hand it's impact. My grandmother lost her sight due to diabetes and for such an independent woman, losing the ability to drive and having to depend on others was devastating!

When you donate you make an immediate impact:

You spread awareness of the devastating effects of diabetes.
You advocate for a child with diabetes to have the same learning opportunities at school.
You fund life-saving research that will bring us closer to a cure.

Tour de Cure is the premier fundraising campaign of the American Diabetes Association ^®, now with virtual engagement designed for anyone and everyone to participate. The campaign has been expanded to include more members of our community and bring them together to learn about diabetes, healthy living and to support people living with diabetes. Tour de Cure is a unique opportunity for businesses, clubs, friends and families to form virtual teams with the vision of a life free of diabetes and all its burdens.

The Verification Code is imprinted on credit cards to help merchants verify transactions when the actual card is not present, such as Internet purchases or donations. The merchant uses this number as part of the authorization process with the card issuer.
