Tour de Cure is more than a bicycle ride to me. All around me family and friends are impacted by diabetes. My mom struggled with Type 2 diabetes for over 35 years and passed away in November 2015. I ride not only for mom -- but for all those impacted by this dreadful disease. The American Diabetes Association is an organization that is committed to helping the more than 37 million Americans living with diabetes and funding research for a cure. I would appreciate your support of the ADA’s vision of a life free of diabetes and all its burdens.
I will be riding my 12th Tour de Cure event on October 21st. With your help, we will fight for a future where a parent does not have to hear that their child has diabetes. A future where an adult does not have to face the uncertain times ahead after receiving a diabetes diagnosis. A future where you and I will know that we had a part in making this possible.
I truly appreciate your support. Together, we can FIGHT DIABETES!
Go Tough Cookies and the American Diabetes Association!
Thank you,
