Amount Raised: $35.00
Goal: $1,000.00
According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there are more than 37 million Americans who have been diagnosed with diabetes. Texas has an estimated 2,694,402 people who have been diagnosed with diabetes. That is approximately 12.4% of the adult population. With the growing numbers of the U.S. population being diagnosed with diabetes; more research and education is needed. You can make a difference in assisting the American Diabetes Association in helping with this goal by participating and/or donating to one of our Houston Methodist Teams and join us at the ADA Step Out Walk on Saturday, September 30th at The Waterworks in Buffalo Bayou. All active employee participants have the ability to earn up to 1,000 Virgin Pulse points (must provide proof of participation).
We invite you to join our team. If you cannot join us, please support us with a donation.
