Recruit Strength Deadlifts for Diabetes 5.0!
This is the 5th year that Recruit Strength is hosting our charity deadlift competition in support of the American Diabetes Association. The event will be held on January 21st, 2023 at Flexx IMT in Viera Florida (5600 Stadium Parkway). This is a single lift event in which every athlete will have 3 attempts to hit their highest deadlft. Prizes will be awarded for top male and top female based on wilks score.
