North Carolina Tour de Cures

NC Tour Landing Page

The Tour de Cure is a ride, not a race with routes designed for everyone from the occasional rider to the avid cyclist. The sense of accomplishment that you'll feel as you cross the finish line can only be matched by the difference you'll be making in the lives of the nearly 29 million Americans living with diabetes.

The North Carolina region offers two different Tour de Cure events and each has its own character and style, with unique starting points, scenic routes and more! Explore the popular and iconic 1-day/2-day destination weekend ride through the Piedmont’s charming countryside and rolling hills in the Triangle NC Tour. Or ride the Charlotte Tour de Cure, starting and finishing in the beautiful Ballantyne Corporate Park, and going through south Charlotte and into scenic, rural Union Country.

No matter which event and distance you choose, you'll be fully supported with bike mechanics, route volunteers and rest stops stocked with hydration and a variety of snacks to keep you fueled. At the finish, you will be welcomed with cheering volunteers, great food, a post-ride celebration and much more.
